About this Program
We provide intensive case management services to clients in stable housing annually. Our services stem from a family systems approach inclusive of wrap around services that support program participants and members of their household. Many of our families move on to permanent housing options. Each client gets a comprehensive needs assessment, customized goals, and a Housing Case Manager who teaches them to advocate for their rights as they sustain their living environment and situation. The program helps families of one or more persons.
