Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager (DM) leads our fundraising efforts and plays a critical role in ensuring the financial sustainability of our organization. This innovative leader has responsibility for creating and executing comprehensive development plans that include donor cultivation, fundraising events, and grant writing, where applicable. The position has an entrepreneurial spirit, the flexibility to adapt as the organization evolves, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Development Manager is a proactive problem solver and collaborator who can recognize and seize opportunities as they arise.
