Employment and Income Program for Homeless Adults

Of Color Inc. is thrilled to introduce the Employment and Income Program, a new initiative designed to support unhoused adults in their journey towards stability and self-sufficiency through securing permanent employment. This program is made possible through the spectacular partnership with All Chicago, HUD and the Department of Human Services.

Our Goals are to:

• Strengthen Connections: Refine the links between the workforce and homeless systems.
• Increase Income Outcomes: Enhance income opportunities for individuals navigating homelessness.
• Leverage Housing Resources: Utilize available housing resources to combat unsheltered homelessness.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to All Chicago for their invaluable support in making this program a reality and for selecting Of Color Inc to join them in the journey to end homelessness. Together, we are committed to creating sustainable pathways out of homelessness and fostering a stronger, more inclusive community.
