Flexible Housing Pool (FHP)

The Flexible Housing Pool works with households who have experienced homelessness to sustain housing through an intensive case management and trauma informed approach.  The program gives participants the time to strengthen their resources (employment, childcare, etc.) for a 24-to-36-month period enabling then to become independent thereafter.

Our Flexible Housing Program recognizes that housing challenges are often connected to employment, income, health, family needs, and access to resources. Our team works alongside participants to identify their needs, strengthen support systems, and create a realistic plan for housing stability.

  • Supportive Service Referrals

  • Advocacy and Engagement
