Of Color, Inc. Receives HUD Grant Support for Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)

Of Color, Inc. is proud to announce new grant support from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for our Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP), which supports Chicago youth and young adults ages 18–24 experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

This funding strengthens our ability to provide intensive housing case management, employment support, and supportive services that help young people move toward safety, stability, and long-term independence.

Rooted in equity, opportunity, and youth-centered care, YHDP reflects Of Color, Inc.’s commitment to meeting young people where they are and walking alongside them as they build a stronger future.
